under 1/2 ounce letter weight sent over 17 leagues distance.

1861, JUL 30:  GUANAJUATO to SILAO
4 Reales postage from vertical bisect of 8 reales
black on red brown.

1861, SEP 21:  ZACATECAS to TAMPICO
With quarter of 8 reales, via TUXPAM avoiding fighting
in the area, then by British ship to Tampico. 
Charged “1/” (shilling) British Post fee.

1861, OCT 13:  ZACATECAS to SAN LUIS POSTOSI
